These terms govern your use of Fernuv, operated by Skyvault Technical Solutions. Contact info@skyvaulttechsolutions.com with questions.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 to use Fernuv. Provide accurate account information, including your date of birth. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell support if your account is compromised. Do not impersonate another person or evade a suspension.

Content and conduct

You must accept these terms and the Community rules before creating or uploading content. They apply to profiles, posts, Reels, comments, stories, private communities, messages, calls and live sessions. Do not upload pornography, nudity, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, threats, hateful attacks, harassment, scams, unlawful content or anyone’s private information without permission. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors and other child exploitation are strictly prohibited. See our Child safety standards.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of your content. You give Fernuv permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service according to your audience settings, investigate abuse and comply with legal obligations. Only share content you have permission to use. Report copyright or privacy concerns through support with the relevant content link and details.

Moderation and appeals

We use automatic safety screening of community photos and sampled video frames through OpenAI before distribution. Safe uploads publish after the check. Failed checks stay private for retry. Automatic screening can miss content or make incorrect decisions; reports, appeals and moderator review remain available. We may restrict, remove or refuse content, end live sessions or suspend accounts for violations. Use the in-app reporting and blocking tools or contact support. You can appeal a decision by contacting support with your account and content reference. Do not send illegal material or unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Privacy, AI and other members

The Privacy notice explains data processing and deletion. New messages are access-controlled, not end-to-end encrypted. AI Studio is optional, requires consent to send your prompt to OpenAI and can produce inaccurate results; check outputs before relying on them. Other members’ claims and content are not endorsements by Fernuv.

Availability and account closure

Fernuv is developing and features may change or be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You can stop using the service and request permanent account deletion. These terms do not limit rights or remedies you have under applicable law. Where legally permitted, Fernuv is not responsible for losses outside its reasonable control.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be published with a new version and presented for acceptance before further posting. Contact support if you disagree or need help closing your account.

Subscriptions and privacy choices

The service-provider listing plan is CAD $40 per month. Subscription checkout is not active. See Pricing and subscriptions for renewal, cancellation and billing details. Accepting these terms does not authorize charges or optional tracking. Optional privacy choices are separate and can be changed in Settings.
