Fernuv is a place to connect, create, find opportunities and do business respectfully. The service is currently for adults aged 18 and older.
Respect other people
Do not post threats, harassment, hateful attacks, nudity, pornography, graphic violence, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content or content exploiting children. Do not share private addresses, account credentials or other personal information without permission.
Be honest
No scams, impersonation, fraudulent jobs, deceptive listings, spam or attempts to steal money or personal information. Person and Business labels are not identity-verification badges. Recruiters must describe roles honestly and communicate outcomes to applicants.
Share content you have rights to
Respect intellectual property and privacy. Do not post illegal goods, instructions for harming others, or unlawful content. Do not upload malicious files or attempt to bypass access controls.
Protect children
Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking and sexual solicitation of minors are prohibited. See our Child safety standards for reporting and our response process. Do not copy, download or forward suspected illegal material.
Reports and enforcement
Use Report on a post, comment, message, profile, story, live session, listing or job, or contact support. Publishing filters help prevent some abusive phrases and spam; community photos and sampled video frames are screened automatically before publication, while human moderators review reports and appeals. Automatic checks can miss violations or make incorrect decisions. Eligible adult accounts can go live without moderator approval. Live audio and video are not automatically screened in real time; viewers can report harmful broadcasts and moderators can end sessions or restrict accounts. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations. Previously issued media links may remain usable until they expire.
If you believe an action was mistaken, contact support with your account email and the relevant content or decision. Do not create new accounts to evade restrictions.
Account control
Privacy settings and blocking can limit interactions. You may delete your account at any time, subject to retaining records needed for transactions, safety or legal obligations as described in the privacy notice.
