Child safety standards

Fernuv, operated by Skyvault Technical Solutions, is for adults aged 18 and older. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are strictly prohibited, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of minors and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether photographed, filmed, illustrated or generated.

Report a concern

Use the three-dot menu on content or a profile, choose Report, then Child safety or exploitation. You can also contact our child-safety contact, the Fernuv Safety Team at info@skyvaulttechsolutions.com. Include the content link, username and a brief explanation. Do not download, forward, attach or recreate suspected illegal material. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Response and enforcement

Child-safety reports receive priority in our restricted moderation queue. Reviewers can remove content, restrict accounts and end broadcasts. We restrict access to reports to authorized reviewers and avoid unnecessary copying or exposure of sensitive material. Where legally required, confirmed CSAM and relevant information are reported to the appropriate authority; evidence is handled and retained only as needed for safety and legal obligations.

Prevention and accountability

Age screening, content rules, reporting, blocking and moderation support prevention; none can guarantee that abuse will never occur. Accounts must not be used to approach or exploit minors. Contact the Fernuv Safety Team for child-safety questions, regulatory inquiries or appeals. We review our safeguards as the service develops.

Cookie and privacy choices

You can use Fernuv without optional tracking. Signup, age declarations and terms acceptance do not consent to optional analytics or advertising.

Essential — always on

Storage for sign-in, security, your privacy choice and features you request is necessary for Fernuv to work. It is separate from optional tracking.

Choices apply to this browser or app on this device for up to 180 days. Change or withdraw them anytime in Settings or the Privacy Policy. Withdrawal stops new optional view records; necessary message delivery, read status and live participation still work.
